But because Mr. V from MX Diagnostics (name of person and company changed for anonymity and privacy) did not have any online option at his disposal and he insisted a lot…
After two days of trying different things finally, we gave him the bank details for direct transfer…
There was an error of one digit, because of which the amount was deducted from his end but it went in an indeterminate state!
So how did we handle this?
We didn’t blame him or withhold his license
Instead, we coordinated with the bank!

His license was immediately activated and it stayed activated throughout the interim.
Even when we had not received the payment and he had not received the refund or made the fresh payment!
Yes eventually we got the payment and really happy customer for life but I’m proud to showcase the way we handled the situation in the interim period when there was confusion and doubt.
