There was some problem with the authentication server due to which bank user not able to access pro features.
Wrestled with the problem for a couple of days and found out that it is going to take longer.
So what did we do?
Instead of asking our paying customers to wait for a few more weeks to access pro features we made the software free for all. Yes that’s right! We killed our revenue to zero. Because that’s what it means to put the customers first in the face of a crisis!WASender Team
Yes That’s right!
We made it absolutely free for everyone to use for a good six months.
Until the issue was completely fixed!
And the services were OK to resume to normal.
Even though we didn’t expect this but soon as we were ready to resume almost all our old customers came running back to us with annual purchases
So if you’re looking at options for WhatsApp engagement tools here’s my question to you…
Would you rather pay us slightly more and know that no matter what happens we’ve got your back?
Or would you just save a couple of hundred bucks?
